Ashtanga yoga in Hither Green - new venue

Hi,

From Sunday 1 August, my ashtanga yoga class is moving to St Swithun's Community Centre on Hither Green Lane (entrance is on St Swithun's Rd behind the church). I'm running some August discounts as well - £7 per class or sign up for all 5 August classes for £25.

The class runs 11.30am - 1pm and is suitable for all levels - whether you are a complete beginner or have been doing yoga for a while. Please feel free to contact me via my website, www.chrispatmore.com, if you'd like to know more.
